Will there be opportunities for networking?
Yes, attendees will have access to several structured and informal networking events, including but not limited to:
- Cocktail Hour (October 14): A welcome reception to connect with industry peers.
- The BIG Party (October 15): An evening event featuring dinner, entertainment, and raffles.
- Partner Room Access: A dedicated space for connecting with MTech Systems' partner companies.
Will sessions be available on demand after the event?
Select sessions may be available for registered attendees after the event. Details will be provided closer to the conference date.

What are the ticket prices?
- Early Bird Registration (Limited Supply): $749.99
- Standard Registration: $999.99
- Squad Pass (Teams of 3 or More): $499.99 per ticket
What does my ticket include?
Your registration provides:

Are hotel accommodations included in the ticket price?
No, hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. However, attendees can access a special room block at the Omni Hotel with discounted rates. For booking details, please contact Esther Cohen at esthercohen@mtech-systems.com
Can I purchase a group ticket for my organization?
Yes. If your company is sending three or more attendees, we recommend the Squad Pass, which provides a discounted rate of $499.99 per ticket.
How can my company become a sponsor?
We offer three sponsorship tiers:
- Platinum Sponsorship ($15,000)
- Gold Sponsorship ($10,000)
- Silver Sponsorship ($5,000)
Each sponsorship level includes premium brand visibility, exclusive networking opportunities, and on-site recognition. Sponsorship packages are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
