My name is Tiffany Shelley, and I have over 20 years of experience in diverse roles throughout my IT career. Most recently, I dedicated more than eight years to supporting live production applications as a Lead Business Systems Analyst and Scrum Master. In this role, I refined my expertise in streamlining processes, enhancing team collaboration, managing projects and products, and delivering high-quality solutions seamlessly.  As a Customer Success Team Lead at MTech, I am excited to leverage my industry knowledge to optimize processes, enhance the client experience, and consistently deliver exceptional value.
