Tenho paix\u00e3o por su\u00ednos e tecnologia que come\u00e7ou na fazenda da minha fam\u00edlia e s\u00f3 cresceu ao longo dos \u00faltimos 30 anos na ind\u00fastria. Consegui meu primeiro emprego em software su\u00edno durante a faculdade e isso solidificou meu objetivo de ajudar os produtores de carne su\u00edna a gerenciar dados e criar oportunidades de an\u00e1lise que pudessem impulsionar a lucratividade e a longevidade. Minha forma\u00e7\u00e3o diversificada em Gen\u00e9tica, P&D, incluindo ferramentas e aplicativos de gerenciamento na fazenda, modelos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em larga e pequena escala, gerenciamento da cadeia de suprimentos, gerenciamento de projetos e desenvolvimento de produtos para empresas de software su\u00edno, ajuda a guiar a vis\u00e3o da equipe Global Pork da MTech Systems para fazer parcerias com nossos clientes para desenvolver as melhores solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas poss\u00edveis. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quais tecnologias voc\u00ea acha que ser\u00e3o as mais disruptivas para a ind\u00fastria su\u00edna nos pr\u00f3ximos 2 anos?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A IoT ser\u00e1 grande para os produtores de su\u00ednos. Essa tecnologia permite que a ind\u00fastria se conecte a todas as coisas que facilitam o trabalho de todos, o que, por sua vez, atrair\u00e1 mais trabalhadores. Agora somos capazes de nos conectar a sistemas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e muito mais, eliminando assim a entrada redundante de dados e o gerenciamento. Agora que podemos coletar e extrair dados desses sistemas, isso nos permite utilizar os dados para modelagem preditiva e para ver as op\u00e7\u00f5es chave para melhorar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um sistema baseado em IoT \u00e9 o primeiro passo para obter benef\u00edcios dessas tecnologias inovadoras e empolgantes, como c\u00e2meras que podem medir o peso com ainda mais precis\u00e3o. Essas tecnologias modernas permitir\u00e3o que os produtores complementem tarefas repetitivas e liberem os trabalhadores para se concentrarem mais do que realmente importa. Al\u00e9m disso, as tecnologias m\u00f3veis percorreram e continuar\u00e3o a percorrer um longo caminho em termos de usabilidade. Dispositivos m\u00f3veis permitem melhor comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e maior acesso aos resultados di\u00e1rios da fazenda, criando mais oportunidades para tomar decis\u00f5es em tempo real.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que medidas os produtores podem tomar para controlar os custos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de su\u00ednos em um mercado vol\u00e1til?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Um dos primeiros passos para controlar os custos \u00e9 ter uma vis\u00e3o clara dos seus custos atuais e dos resultados dos dados de desempenho em um \u00fanico sistema. Contar com uma estrat\u00e9gia de software robusta facilita a compila\u00e7\u00e3o e a an\u00e1lise dos dados. Nessa compila\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, \u00e9 importante considerar uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de fatores para restringir a lista de causas principais ao tentar resolver um problema ou implementar uma melhoria. Comecei na equipe de avicultura como representante de suporte ao cliente at\u00e9 chegar ao meu cargo atual de Gerente de Projetos de Su\u00ednos na equipe de su\u00ednos. Pela minha experi\u00eancia em m\u00faltiplas implementa\u00e7\u00f5es, as principais palavras-chave que diferenciam a MTech Systems s\u00e3o \u201cVisibilidade e Transpar\u00eancia\u201d. Eu trabalhei na fazenda su\u00edna experimental da Universidade de Missouri e participei de alguns estudos de detec\u00e7\u00e3o de cio\/parto, tanto como estudante de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o quanto de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. A partir da\u00ed, consegui um emprego na equipe de su\u00ednos da Boehringer Ingelheim. Trabalho na ind\u00fastria de su\u00ednos h\u00e1 mais de 7 anos. Minha parte favorita do sistema de informa\u00e7\u00e3o para su\u00ednos da MTech Systems \u00e9 o foco no cliente para trazer insights personalizados para suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es. Comecei a trabalhar em uma empresa de software e comecei a desenvolver um conjunto de habilidades de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o que trouxe para a MTech Systems, e tamb\u00e9m estou na ind\u00fastria su\u00edna h\u00e1 mais de 2 anos. A parte do meu trabalho que mais gosto \u00e9 que consigo configurar nosso software para usar dados brutos da fazenda, o que permite aos produtores obterem uma melhor vis\u00e3o geral da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e lucratividade. Acredito que um dos pontos fortes do nosso software \u00e9 a nossa capacidade de capturar uma ampla gama de pontos de dados em todas as etapas da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de su\u00ednos.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
